The new archive has 8,500 square meters of storage space with a ceiling height of 12 meters and an additional 400 square meters of office space.
Jens Kumbrink, Managing Director of Rhenus Office Systems, was present at the inauguration: “We are delighted to have laid the foundation for further growth in Poland with this investment. The move to the new hall has enabled us to significantly increase our Polish archive capacity. All our archives are certified to the highest security standards and offer our customers the best possible protection.”
The Nadarzyn site has been operated by Rhenus Office Systems for many years. As the new archive is still located at the same site as the document destruction facility and regional administration, there are synergy effects in terms of processes and personnel.
Rhenus Office Systems has a total of over 70 branches across Europe.
